OneFiles is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, profile information, and account details when you register or sign in via Google. To provide our core utilities, we request access to on-device data such as files, camera, microphone, and precise location. We also collect device info, advertising identifiers, and usage data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate and improve our services. Storage permissions are used strictly for local file management. Camera and microphone permissions are used for document scanning and audio features. Chat prompts are processed to provide AI responses. Billing information is processed for in-app purchases.

3. How We Safeguard Your Information

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Your files, documents, and media are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers unless explicitly synchronized using your account. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Database, Messaging) and Google Sign-In for secure account services. We use Unity Ads/LevelPlay and Google AdMob for advertising. We utilize Google Play Billing for purchases and OpenStreetMap for mapping. We also utilize third-party Cloud AI providers (such as Groq/Gemini/OpenAI) to process API Chat prompts. These services collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

5. Account and Data Deletion

We respect your right to control your personal data. You can instantly delete your account and all associated cloud data directly within the app by navigating to Profile > Top Right Menu > Delete Account. This action permanently wipes your authentication credential and associated database nodes.

Alternatively, you may request manual account and data deletion by sending an email from your registered Google account to official.nextgenlabs@gmail.com.
